On 02/19/2023 at 4:38 PM The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sean L. Dallos (age: 48) of Seneca Falls following a complaint of an erratically driven vehicle on Bridge Street. Upon arrival, police observed Dallos’ vehicle to be driving on the wrong side of the roadway and to have failed to use a turn signal. Once he was stopped by police they observed that Dallos was intoxicated.
Dallos was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .18% or higher. Both DWI charges were felonies due to a prior conviction. Dallos was also charged with failure to maintain lane, failure to keep right and unsafe turn without a signal. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
