A Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday following a domestic incident in town.
Police say 23-year-old Jared Bogart was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of damaging property inside a residence during a verbal dispute.
Bogart was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. Police say an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
he fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
