Seneca Falls police arrested a local man late Monday night following a domestic disturbance.
Police say 27-year-old Kevin Martin of Seneca Falls was taken into custody on charges of second-degree harassment, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree strangulation, a class D felony.
Martin was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Police say an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
