A Seneca Falls man is facing multiple charges following the investigation into a previously reported domestic incident.
Police say 35-year-old John Battaglia, was arrested on Saturday on charges of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree, petit larceny, and harassment in the second degree.
Battaglia was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he awaits arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
