A Seneca Falls man was arrested earlier this morning on misdemeanor assault charges.
Darrell Wright is accused of assaulting a woman during a domestic disturbance. The victim suffered lacerations and bruising due to the physical altercation.
The 43-year-old was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
