The Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested a local man following a domestic disturbance earlier this week.
Police say 21-year-old Seth Taylor, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody Wednesday and faces multiple charges, including Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Menacing in the Third Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, and Aggravated Family Offense.
Taylor was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is awaiting arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
