An accident at Watkins Glen International on Sunday resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Matthew Koopman was charged with DWI following a motor vehicle accident in the town of Dix.
Koopman was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Dix Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
