Seneca Falls Man Arrested After Kids Found Living in Unsafe, Unsanitary Home

A Seneca Falls man was arrested on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

While investigating a separate incident, Seneca Falls Police deemed the living conditions inside Stephen Bulla’s home were unsafe and unsanitary for the children living there.

Following his arrest, Bulla was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.

An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victims.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
