The report of a domestic incident in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 31-year-old Seneca Falls man.
While officers were investigating the original call, it was determined that 31-year-old Kaseem Hoover was inside the home of the protected party of a court-ordered stay-away order of protection. Hoover allegedly remained at the home in violation of the order.
Hoover was charged with criminal contempt and brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
Hoover will answer the charge in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
