A domestic disturbance in the town of Seneca Falls on Friday resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old Seneca Falls man.
An investigation determined Seth Taylor allegedly struck the victim in the face while there was an order of protection in place. Taylor fled from police and resisted arrest when he was taken into custody.
Taylor was charged with criminal contempt, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration, and harassment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
