The report of suspicious activity at a home in Seneca Falls early Sunday morning led to the arrest of a 37-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Joshua Dyson is accused of knocking on the victim’s residence’s front door in an attempt to make contact with the victim. He is also accused of remaining in front of the residence unlawfully. According to police, all of these alleged acts violated a stay-away order of protection.
Dyson was charged with criminal contempt and brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Dyson will be back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
