A Seneca Falls man is charged with felony criminal possession of a forged instrument after he allegedly passed counterfeit money at a Seneca Falls business.
Shane Harris is also accused of taking money from the business without having permission to do so and was charged with petit larceny.
Harris, who is being held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on unrelated charges, will appear in Seneca County CAP Court at a later date.
