A Seneca Falls man is facing a felony charge of aggravated family offense following the investigation into a domestic incident by Seneca Falls Police.
Brandon Ferris is accused of throwing trash and a trash can at another person.
In addition to the felony, Ferris was charged with misdemeanor criminal tampering. The 32-year-old was taken to the Seneca County Correction Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
