Seneca Falls Police have arrested a man they claim threatened people inside of a town residence with a weapon to stop them from calling 9-1-1.
Officers were given a description of 27-year-old Luis Santiago and located him a short time later. Santiago was allegedly found to have a bag that had several containers inside that tested positive for cocaine.
Santiago is charged with burglary, criminal possession of a weapon and a controlled substance, as well as two counts of menacing, all felonies. He was also charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia and coercion, both misdemeanors.
Santiago was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment at CAP Court. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
