Seneca Falls Police arrested a Seneca Falls man on a felony warrant charging him with grand larceny.
Hunter Struzyk was taken into custody Thursday on the warrant alleging the 25-year-old stole money from a local business while he was an employee.
Following his arraignment in Seneca Falls Town Court, Struzyk was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
