A Seneca Falls man was charged with conspiracy and grand larceny following the investigation into a theft by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
32-year-old David Fridley is accused of stealing two generators from a Waterloo business with four other individuals, who were not identified.
Fridley was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
The investigation is ongoing and future charges are likely
