Seneca Falls Man Accused of Stealing from Walmart

A Seneca Falls man was arrested Sunday on a charge of petit larceny.

Robert Buckley is accused of taking merchandise from the Seneca Falls Walmart and passing all points of sale with no attempt to render payment.

Buckley was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
