A Seneca Falls man was released on an appearance ticket following his arrest this week for an alleged theft that occurred at a local business.
Seneca Falls Police arrested Jonathan Toledo for allegedly entering the store, selecting merchandise, concealing it, and then walking past all points of sale without any attempt to render payment for the items.
Toledo was charged with petit larceny and conspiracy.
