A 33-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested following a fight in an unidentified public location involving a number of people.
Zachariah McCutcheon was observed to have allegedly initiated the altercation and engaged in what police said was violent and tumultuous behavior.
McCutcheon was charged with disorderly conduct and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
