A shoplifting complaint at the Seneca Falls ALDI store resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Jonathan Toledo was allegedly observed taking merchandise and passing all points of sale without making any attempt to pay for the items. Toledo was charged with petit larceny.
Following his arraignment, Toledo was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
State Police assisted the Seneca Falls Police Department with locating and taking Toledo into custody.
