The investigation into an alleged theft that occurred on June 28th in Seneca Falls has resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
It was determined by Seneca Falls Police that during a police investigation, Dejon Butler was in possession of stolen property from the late June theft. Butler was located in Waterloo on September 30th and taken into custody.
Butler was charged with two counts of criminal possession of stolen property and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
