A traffic complaint in May resulted in the arrest this week of a Seneca Falls man.
Back in May, Martin Ches was described to police as driving his car erratically and hitting multiple vehicles. An investigation by Seneca Falls Police determined the 68-year-old Ches was driving while being impaired by cannabis.
Ches was charged with one count of driving while ability impaired by drugs and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
