A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
During the traffic stop, it was discovered that 32-year-old Kevin Clingerman was allegedly driving on a suspended license.
Clingerman was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
