Penn Yan Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a traffic stop on Jacob Street in the Yates County village.
A check of David Lamphier’s license revealed it was suspended on July 26th for failure to answer a summons out of the town of Barrington.
Lamphier was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
