The investigation into a domestic disturbance in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
The investigation revealed that 23-year-old David Bentley had allegedly destroyed an electric bicycle belonging to the victim after discovering she was in a new relationship.
Bentley was charged with criminal mischief and was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
