A Seneca Falls resident faces a number of charges following a domestic incident early Tuesday morning.
30-year-old Jamie Swarthout is accused of entering the residence of the victim after being advised not to do so, which resulted in a domestic incident. Swarthout then allegedly physically resisted when police placed her into custody. Swarthout was charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration.
Swarthout was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
