An assault that occurred at Pactiv in Canandaigua on March 22nd has led to the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Carlos Manuel Romero-Rodriguez was charged by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department with assault following its investigation into a physical altercation that took place at Pactiv.
Romero-Rodriguez was issued an appearance ticket for Canandaigua Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
