Two people from Seneca Falls were arrested Saturday on petit larceny and conspiracy charges.
27-year-old Michael Lee and 22-year-old Lilly Oneil were allegedly spotted taking items from the Walgreens store on State Route 5 and placing them in their pockets before proceeding past all points of sale without making an attempt to pay.
Lee and Oneil were released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
