A Seneca Falls man faces charges of stalking and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into a domestic incident complaint.
The victim told police Brandon Carlson began following them after seeing them out in public. The 38-year-old is accused of following the victim in his car back to their home before he yelled profanities and made threats to harm them while two children were present.
Carlson was also charged with menacing and harassment and was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
