A dispute at a residence in Seneca Falls on Sunday resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Seneca Falls man.
It is alleged that during the dispute, Nicholas Fish damaged property that did not belong to him. He was charged with criminal mischief. As Fish was being processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department, he refused orders to get his fingerprints taken. Fish was subsequently charged with obstructing governmental administration.
As officers were completing court paperwork for his arrest, Fish kicked a door. As officers attempted to intervene, Fish allegedly kicked an officer in the leg and physically resisted as they were trying to handcuff him. Fish was eventually charged with harassment, criminal tampering, criminal mischief and two counts each of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
Fish was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment
