A 19-year-old Seneca Falls man faces a number of charges after he was allegedly involved in a domestic incident on Saturday.
Andrew Scarborough is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact and preventing them from leaving their home. According to police, this all happened within the presence of a young child. Scarborough is also accused of being very disruptive in police custody resulting in an additional charge of obstructing government administration.
Scarborough was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment, and harassment and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date
