A Seneca County woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing a 65-inch television from a residence in Tyre.
48-year-old Rosemary Delgado Guerreri is accused of conspiring with another person to unlawfully enter a home to steal the television.
Delgado Guerreri was charged with burglary and conspiracy, both felonies and misdemeanor petit larceny.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
