A Seneca County man has been arrested for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender.
The arrest of Kyle Jackson stems from a routine compliance check on his residence to ensure he was living at his registered address. Jackson was found to be no longer living at the address on file for a period of over ten days.
Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Ovid Town Court next week.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
