SHARE NOW

An Ovid man was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated family offense following an investigation conducted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Brad Lynch is accused of shoving a protected party of a Court Order of Protection.

The 34-year-old Lynch was charged with criminal contempt and harassment, both misdemeanors, as well as felony aggravated family offense.

Lynch was arraigned at Seneca County CAP Court and is to appear before Ovid Town Court for the charges.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
