A juvenile in Seneca County has been arrested on a forcible touching charge.
The arrest stems from an incident in the town of Lodi where it is alleged that the Juvenile touched the intimate parts of another. The unidentified offender was given an appearance ticket to appear at Seneca County Probation at a later date.
Investigators were assisted and are working closely with members of Seneca County Child Protective Services.
