An inmate at the Seneca County Jail has been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband.
The arrest of Kyle Davis stems from an incident at the Jail where he is currently incarcerated. Davis was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
The 32-year-old will answer the charges in Romulus Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
