A Montour Falls man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant.
The warrant was issued out of Chemung County.
Following his arrest, 22-year-old Jonathan Krnotch was turned over to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
