A Schuyler County man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of Montour Falls Village Court.
37-year-old John Chaffee was also charged with trespass in the village of Montour Falls while being picked up on the arrest warrant.
Chaffee was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Montour Falls Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
