A traffic stop in the town of Cayuta performed by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old Odessa man.
Anthony Chaffee was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and traffic law violations following a traffic stop on County Road 14.
The 39-year-old Chaffee was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in the town of Cayuta Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
