A Savannah man was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
The warrant was issued after Shawn Davis allegedly failed to appear in court earlier this month after being arrested on a charge of petit larceny in November.
The 43-year-old was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Seneca Falls Police was assisted by the New York State DEC.
