Rushville Woman Accused of Driving on Suspended License

Penn Yan Police arrested a Rushville woman after she was found to be allegedly driving on a suspended license.

Police said they knew before the traffic stop in the Yates County village that Joyce Gordon was driving a car with an expired registration. A DMV check of her license revealed it was suspended.

Gordon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle. She will appear in Penn Yan Vilalge Court at a later date.
