A Rushville man has been arrested on a summons issued out of Potter Town Court.
Curtis Landon’s arrest was in relation to an incident that is alleged to have occurred on May 5th in Potter where he allegedly subjected another person to unwanted physical contact.
Landon will appear in Potter Town Court at a later date to answer the charge of harassment.
