A Rushville man was arrested Wednesday night by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant out of Ontario County Family Court.
35-year-old Robert Bergman was arrested without incident.
Bergman was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he was being held pending arraignment
