A Rushville man was arrested Sunday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Canandaigua Town Court.
Mark Bergman is accused of failing to appear for jail time related to a criminal mischief conviction. The 34-year-old was taken into custody following a traffic stop conducted by State Police.
Bergman was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he was processed and was held for Central Arraignment.
