A Town of Rose woman was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant related to a recent incident in Huron.
Deputies say 26-year-old Mikayla Dincher turned herself in at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. The arrest stems from an incident on July 10 on West Port Bay Road in the Town of Huron, where Dincher allegedly punched another woman multiple times during an argument—an act that occurred in front of three children.
Dincher was charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Harassment. She was released to the county’s Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
