The investigation of an underage drinking and criminal mischief incident that occurred on Valley Drive in the town of Rose resulted in the arrest of a Rose woman.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Mikayla Dincher allegedly provided alcoholic beverages to a minor under the age of 21 and caused damage to a motor vehicle by throwing a rock at it striking the hood of a car. Dincher was charged with criminal mischief and unlawfully dealing with a child.
Dincher was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Rose Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
