The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rose man following a domestic incident at his Route 414 home Tuesday evening.
Deputies say 40-year-old Todd Sincerbeaux is accused of breaking a cell phone, a window, and a door frame during the altercation, while also continuing to harass the victim—all in the presence of a child.
Sincerbeaux, a previously convicted felon, was also reported to have been in possession of a shotgun belonging to the victim during the incident.
He was charged with second-degree Harassment, three counts of fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Sincerbeaux was taken to CAP court for arraignment and will answer the charges in Rose Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
