A Romulus man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on a harassment charge.
Nicholas Oniel is accused of following a victim around the store attempting to gather personal information from them. Police say the victim made clear attempts to avoid Oneil but he continued to follow them.
Oneil was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
