A Rochester woman spotted driving on Lake Street in the village of Penn Yan without any lights was stopped by Penn Yan Police.
A check of Madison Penman’s license revealed it was suspended on September 1st of last year for no insurance in effect.
Penman was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
