A Rochester woman was arrested Wednesday following a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur in the Town of Victor.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 25-year-old Annette Cross is accused of leaving the store without paying for merchandise totaling $49.50.
Cross is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
